The concept of the three-dimensional facade takes shape through a series of custom panels featuring reclaimed racing sails, alternating mainsails and jibs to visually evoke the movement of wind and waves.

The architectural idea translates into a high-performance construction system, entirely pre-assembled in the factory. The tensioned membranes are mounted on Texo60 aluminum frames and paired with cellular polycarbonate panels, designed to protect and preserve the fabric from the particularly demanding conditions of the marine environment. This solution ensured high executional precision, quality control, and rapid installation.

A special silicone elastomer keeps the membranes' pre-tensioning constant, ensuring rigidity, surface uniformity, and weather resistance. The tensioning, carried out using precision hydraulic systems, made it possible to achieve high structural performance.

Mullions, transoms, brackets, and gaskets complete the system, ensuring water- and airtightness. The facade also contributes to the comfort of the interior spaces, modulating the entry of natural light and turning the building, in the evening hours, into a luminous, recognizable element on Valencia's waterfront.
